What we collect
When you send a form on this site, we collect what you type: your name, phone, email, the property address and town, unit count and your message. We also record the page the form was sent from and the time, and we keep a short-lived count of submissions per internet address to block automated spam.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell information. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare a proposal and manage our relationship with you if you become a client. Form submissions are sent to Copper Bottom by email and stored in our private records system so we can follow up.
Who sees it
Copper Bottom staff who handle new inquiries and client accounts. We do not share your information with anyone else except service providers that host our systems, or when the law requires it.
Residents and unit owners
Rent, dues and maintenance requests go through the Buildium resident portal, which has its own privacy policy. Information you give us as a resident is used to manage your tenancy or your association.
Your choices
Email nick@copperbottompm.com or call (781) 307-2726 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have an inquiry deleted. We keep inquiry records only as long as they are useful for following up.
Security
Forms are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. We follow the Massachusetts data security regulation (201 CMR 17.00) for any personal information we hold.
